Wonderful experience! Have recently had the pleasure of dealing with the Senior Property Manager and Building Manager who are both fantastic and very responsive. All communication are prompt and clear and maintenance is dealt with incredibly fast. Have rented for a long time and the benefit of having both onsite is wonderful. The residence foyers and surrounding are kept beautifully clean and the gardens as well. So happy to have such great and attentive staff whom are genuinely interested in good outcomes.
Property management is unreasonable and rude, your not allowed to dry your clothes on the balconies, no moving trucks are allowed NEAR the building, you can’t use the amenities (such as the rooftop) in the other building.
