Warning: Avoid this company. They’ve been struggling financially for years, with ongoing supplier issues, terrible customer service, and incompetent ownership. The remaining products and so-called “sales” are desperate attempts to offload old or expired inventory—often at the buyer’s detriment. Steer clear.

I placed an order for $100 on their website, they charged me but I still haven’t received the product, they don’t respond to emails, I don’t even know what to do, it just looks like a scam, I’m going to go to court because I have received many emails from other people with the same problem, stay away

This is one joke of a company with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed on order 3 weeks ago, expecting to receive it within 10 days as was said on their website. Despite numerous emails and outreaches via social media, I still have no idea where my order is. My card is fully charged and there is absolutely no one who is even attempting to help. I have never experienced incompetence at such disgraceful levels.

BUYER BEWEAR!!!! They do NOT stand behind their products!! I ordered two bottles, NEITHER one of the pumps worked on their product. After two months of back and forth, photos, videos, explanations... it ridiculous how they treat their customers!! They finally sent replacements AND THOSE PUMPS DONT WORK EITHER!!!! NOW THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF ME!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!! (even though I did really like their lotion)
