Great place to live and play. Fees here are very friendly, unlike the other place off exit 2.
Gym-5/10 varys on if it is cleaned properly for example when we switch cleaners from bleach to hydrogen proxide to i think vinegar and if equipment is falling apart or damnaged or maintained for safety and such pool8/10 really shallow more of akitty pool for children and senoirs mens bathroom10/10 (hottub10/10 upkept well not my thing but people say it is always hot) clubhouse manager 10/10 pool guy10/10 landscaping10/10 pool equipment such as chairs and tanning bed typically 10/10 unless the wind or sun or water ruins it
Such a wonderful community and run top notch by the HOA Manager and Board!
There are some grumpy people in the pool area. Better mind your manners!
