My wife had a difficult scenario here due to their online booking system not working and not being able to get through to reception, as well as having an in person appointment changed to a phone appointment after she already made the drive and then had difficulty rescheduling. Originally I left a 1 star review, but since then I have been reached out to by their management team and they listened to the difficulties my wife had, said they are working to improve them, and then took her on as their own patient going forward. There usually is a bit of wait - other than that this is a good clinic for my family with kids
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the clinic and especially to three wonderful doctors who have been taking care of me over these years. Thank you Dr. Shariff, Cao and Bahniwal for everything :)
Dr. Cao hands down best doctor ever. Front staff could be a little better at answering the phone, but besides that.. great place. Quick, clean, efficient, they have their own pharmacy which can be convenient. Easy parking. On a main road. 0 complaints. Side note: edit.. their walk in services arent really "walk in" because you need an appointment and sometimes appointments arent available for a handful of days. Please considering changing this because technically its not an actual walk in.
I am so happy I have found this clinic! They have an excellent online booking system and I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time (within 2 weeks for non urgent and within 1-2 days for urgent appointments). Everyone at the clinic is very professional and they honor their patients’ time by sticking to the appointment schedule.
