RecommendedWe had our first appointment today and I was so impressed! From the first phone call to today’s visit I knew our girl was in good hands. The staff is so compassionate and caring. Dr. Fink was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions and go over our options. We have a lot to think about but I know that when we decide on surgery, our girl will be in good hands.
Everyone was exceptional. Customer service is clearly important to everyone at the facility. Skylos is hands down one of, if not the best, businesses we have ever dealt with not only for pet care, but for any service. Dr. Fink was wonderful at explaining what issue our pup was suffering from, procedures to correct and what to expect going forward. It is evident that the practice is busy yet we never felt rushed. Absolute wonderful experience.
The care that you provide is excellent. Dr Leasure and your staff are amazing. Your team makes a difficult situation for patient and owner less stressful. This was our second experience with Dr. Leasure and our re-introduction to the recovery process for a TPLO procedure. We are very thankful for your experience and dedication.
From start to finish, everyone involved in this process (receptionists/planner, technicians, veterinarian) has been helpful, informative, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. You guys have done a wonderful job communicating expectations and needs in preparation of the surgery in addition to post surgery care. Truly a standout experience that is so greatly appreciated during such a stressful time.
We brought our puppy here for surgical repair of his leg, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of care and the kindness of the team at Skylos. They are the best!
Dr. Fink, Eileen and everyone are great. Athena was perky and happy when she came out of the office.She has a road ahead of her, but Dr. Fink was so detailed and answered my concerns. she loved them
dr fink explained everything to me and called when the surgery was over !..the staff seemed to really love my Fiona which also put my mind at ease ..iv called a couple times to check on her and everytime everyone was so nice. 5 stars from me
Our dog, Polo, has needed bilateral knee CCL repairs over the last 12 weeks. Dr Leisure and her staff have been AMAZING, even in the midst of a Pandemic. They truly provide amazing medical care along with the best bedside manner. They love the animals and take excellent care of them with outstanding outcomes. Thank you to everyone at Skylos. Our surgeon Dr. Fink, and all the staff are amazing. I’ve never had a dog with this in-depth type of surgery. Didn’t know what to expect. They gave me lots of information before hand on what to expect and more during different visits.
