Quick response. However hooking a cable and moving my truck 10 feet with me steering was 250 dollars. I mean damn wasn't stuck in mud just of the road enough couldn't get traction.
Called last night to get a tow, the guy said he didn't have the equipment to get me out. I called this morning at 8:15, was greeted with a "Hello" and I asked if he had any available tows today, and he said no. It's 8a, you're answering your phone the minute it rings, but you don't have the equipment to do the job someone is calling you to do? Seems ridiculous to me. 0/5 stars if possible.
Rude. Cancelled tow/winch request and they showed up anyways and then yelled at us. Horrible
This man that operates this company is a total dbag. He was paid for showing up to do a pullout and still complained to the other tow company that was pulling them out. The caller double called just trying to get some help and he showed up and threw a fit because the other company was pulling their truck out. I would use extreme hesitancy in using this company.
Mr. Ogle was excellent, couldn't have been better.
