We first moved here in the spring of 1999. They kick people out for the most bogus reasons. Examples: an 84yo lady with congestive heart failure because her Pekinese let out 1 bark while on her porch, and a man who went around the owner's son who was blocking the road. At the same time, they let people stay and get away with things that should be stopped.
