I am commenting on one of the comments about the neighborhood personal Cameras it was said that we listening to you talking Cameras isn't to listen on your comersations" its there for me! if you come in front of it YOU WILL be seen so apparently you know where these neighbors cameras are and Yes the complex has Cameras too,for the Complex only! Our personal Cameras are for US! PERIOD so if you lurking around the door YOU WILL BE SEEN.

Friend of mine lives here and has been waiting for over a month the have her A/C unit fixed and has been in the heat. She reported to the office beginning of March and it is now end of April and still have not fixed the issue

Rent too high for the small apartments, the neighbors stalk and record people with cameras, and see inside of your apartment. I never had roaches until moving to Skyline Village. It is like living in a gymnasium with the sounds echoing. Too many inspections . No privacy at all

I would give a better rating if it wasn't for the stalker neighbors. Some of the tenants have been complaining about a few neighbors placing cameras outside their door to spy on other neighbors. There are already cameras on the property but some of the residents are using their personal cameras to see inside of other people's apartments and secretly record conversations, which is an evasion of privacy. My daughter lives in these apartments. They are not esthetically sound. You can hear all of the surrounding neighbors' noise pollution through the walls. The HVAC units are as old as the apartments (2002), yet if they break, it's the tenants' responsibility to pay for them. There's also a problem with cockroaches and water bugs. I would not recommend living in these apartments. Oh, they also do monthly inspections! Talk about intrusive!
