Best customer service ever!!! Their customer service is above and beyond. Not only I was able to get the best deal on my air ticket.. but I also got information on tourist areas in Ethiopia and discounts on hotels. Since I was traveling with my classmates, I needed all the help I can get to show them around, they( Ibex travel) took their time to help me. For anyone traveling for first time in Ethiopia or don't know your way around..Call this agency they will connect you!!!
On recommendation from a friend, I contacted this company to purchase two tickets for relatives coming from Ethiopia. Bad mistake. First a woman who is working for them and sounded nice on the phone quoted me a price -- which I thought was OK. Then she asked for my credit card information which I promptly provided. She then refused to answer my calls -- fearing a scam, I had to cancel my CC. Beware --don t make the same mistake! Ibex travel could be a scam masquerading as a legitimate travel agency.
