The only thing bad about the place is the windows do not open for ventilation just have to run air conditioners for fresh air
My grandma lived here up until August 2025, when she sadly suffered a stroke and needed assisted living from then on. I juat want to say the management treated her so well and I highly recommend this place as it is clean and well kept. The view from her 8th story apartment of downtown Cleveland was absolutely fantastic! The laundry room could be a little bigger but that is me being overly observant! Thank you to the management and making sure my grandma had a safe, warm and sustainable place to call home.
I am looking forward for them to come see me this coming Tuesday. And hopefully everything will go fine and I can move in as soon as possible
This was my first visit to the place. I was helping someone move in so I will have to get a little more of a look at things next visit. The security was helpful and 2 staff members were also helpful.
