My grandma is a resident of this building and poor management is the first issue, the elevator was down nearly half a year, the property is outdated and needs updating, the wind blows slightly and the power goes out consistently, the front door was only recently fixed after 3 months and for wheel chairs it was very inconvenient, some windows in the apartment don't open which is very much a fire hazard, the rent increases without notice nor property updates
The only thing bad about the place is the windows do not open for ventilation just have to run air conditioners for fresh air
