I enjoyed my time living at Skyline Tower! The management team was wonderful—always responsive, helpful, and understanding, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Having access to the parking garage was a huge plus, and as a grad student, I really appreciated the variety of indoor and outdoor spaces that provided a perfect break from studying. Loved my time living in Skyline!! Management was friendly, other tenants were very friendly, and love being around so many dogs! Close to everything I needed and wanted to do. Whenever I had any issues, management was easy to work with. Only moved bc I bought a house in west central. If I ever needed to, I would move back. Loved watching the fireworks after Tincaps games and 4th of July fireworks!
I’ve lived here since 9/2019. I’m in the heart of the city. Only steps away from Parkview field, Electric Works, The Landing and Promanade Park. With 12 floors you are sure to get a great view of this flourishing city. Lots of great shopping and locally owned restaurants. Open concept living with lots of storage. BEWARE! Management is a liability to themselves and their tenets. Moved in 9/23. They had me provide utilities and renters insurance on the wrong apartment. I was paying utilities via (autopay) on an apartment that was not even mine! Turns out I was paying on a vacant apartment for them. When the vacant unit was finally rented after a year, no one even communicated that to me. Skyline did receive disconnection notices on my unit.
