Loved my time living in Skyline!! Management was friendly, other tenants were very friendly, and love being around so many dogs! Close to everything I needed and wanted to do. Whenever I had any issues, management was easy to work with. Only moved bc I bought a house in west central. If I ever needed to, I would move back. Loved watching the fireworks after Tincaps games and 4th of July fireworks!
I’ve lived here since 9/2019. I’m in the heart of the city. Only steps away from Parkview field, Electric Works, The Landing and Promanade Park. With 12 floors you are sure to get a great view of this flourishing city. Lots of great shopping and locally owned restaurants. Open concept living with lots of storage. BEWARE! Management is a liability to themselves and their tenets. Moved in 9/23. They had me provide utilities and renters insurance on the wrong apartment. I was paying utilities via (autopay) on an apartment that was not even mine! Turns out I was paying on a vacant apartment for them. When the vacant unit was finally rented after a year, no one even communicated that to me. Skyline did receive disconnection notices on my unit. My husband and I lived here for a year and a half and loved it. The building is in a great location that is within walking distance of several restaurants, and our apartment had a great view of downtown. Jillian, the building manager, was quick to respond to our questions, and any maintenance we had issue was addressed quickly. The apartment is modern and fit with our decor perfectly. I would highly recommend.
