Let me start by saying they actually answer the phone when you call which is half the battle. I called two days ago and they were able to come out to assess my roof this morning. They arrived on time, texted before they arrived, and communication during the whole process was spot on. Zac was a life saver. The crew was on my roof during a heatwave just to get my roof ready for the rain this weekend. Zack with the Roof Guys went above and beyond for me and my family. We had severe damage from two major storms that our insurance company did not want to replace. Zack helped advocate for us and thanks to him our insurance paid out 100% and replaced our entire roof. He walked us through the entire process and updated us along the way. His crew was very professional, cleaned up debris, and completed the job in 1 day. Very professional and I recommend to anyone.
Austin and Grant are phenomenal. They were recommended by good friends of ours and did not disappoint. From start to finish was 6 weeks from inspection to brand new roof. Austin was a phenomenal communicator and their roofing crew was prompt, very efficient (stripping and replacing our roof in just one day and upgrading our vents in the process) and very thorough, doing several magnet sweeps to ensure no nails/screws, hazards, etc were left behind.
