Fantastic experience! In just the first 4 days, my solar system not only covered all of my home’s electricity usage but also exported 31.1 kWh back to the grid. The REC460 panels and Enphase inverter are clearly a powerful combo — thank you for offering one of the most efficient technologies available. Update: I initially had problems contacting the company for repairs, but when we did connect, they quickly helped me fix the connection problem I had. They were excellent. Be sure to ONLY contact them on the number given on their website. The one I got via a web search was a scam.
Installation was great but they are not returning my calls now that I need help with the system. It’s irresponsible and unacceptable.
I had Skyline Solar do our install. 7 years later, my inverter box from solar edge who handles the solar panels, etc., was fried. I spent two weeks trying to get a hold of someone from Solar Edge which was impossible. So 2 weeks ago a nice lady Selena from skyline Solar worked so hard for two weeks to get a hold of somebody. They gave her the runaround too, but she eventually Got to somebody, and now I’m in the process of getting my inverter fixed. I can’t tell you how wonderful Selena was.
