Panels have stopped working and I can't get a hold of customer service. Paid a lot of money for something that does not work.
Worst customer service I've had to deal with. Don't let them fool you with what they do or do not cover in there service or warranty. Usually I support the solar industry and companies that install the systems but this one is the bottom feeder of the list. Please do your research before you go with them.
