Beware this company has some unethical sales reps. I signed up with this company for home security and the sales rep promised two free camaras as part of a 3yr contract. Short story, camaras never came. Sales representative disappeared( stopped responding to my calls and company refused to help). Similar story happened to my neighbors. Find a different company that cares about their customers. The Name of the unethical Sales rep is Joe Harvey. He is a sales rep in MN. This company is a dealer for Brinks Home Security.
This company had a representative show up to my mother's home and represented himself as her alarm company. I was there and should have known better. At the end we were told I should put it in my name on the contract so she could keep her reasonable rate( red flags didn't go off because I took him at his word ) then we were told she would be monitored by brinks now instead of her company.
