I'm in the throughs of a big mess with them. Has anyone reported them to BBB and taken them to court?
IA guy came around selling ring doorbells. If you only have the 70.00 dollar plan they don't monitor nor will there look at the camera if someone cr gets keyed or something gets stolen I'll never refer them to no one. They want there money I'm sorry no one should have to pay 70.00 a month for a doorbell

My biggest regret is switching to Brinks through this company. When my alarm went off this month and Brinks called, I realized that for the last 5 months that we've been in our new home, Skyline didn't update my address when they came out to install it. So if I really needed the police they would've gone to a house I know longer live at. I spoke to Skyline and they said they'd update it within 3 days. They didn't.
