So far I've had good experience with this Pharmacy. I do the online ordering and they have always been on time and their customer service is great. They have always went above and beyond to fix any issue, including calling my Dr themselves. Prices are the same as my local pharmacy so far.
This pharmacy experience was very interesting!!!!! She seemed nice and friendly but this pharmacist after 2 days said she wouldn't fill my script for a cream because quote: "since the doctor cant be reached we can not determine for how many days supply this rx is for". So we don't know what to tell your insurance? Later I found out that even in such an instance the pharmacist could make an estimation on this case, as every other pharmacy I've ever dealt with. If worse came to worst, my insurance may have taken back the money... read more
This place seems like a friendly pharmacy but the waiting times are ridiculous and they never open on time. And on top of that, they gave me the wrong prescription. My doctor told me I should've even called a lawyer !!!!!!
I just couldn't ignore the chance to write about this place. I dropped off a prescription in this place and couldn't wait a half hour for one prescription so I left and came back the net morning. Not only did they open 15 minutes late, but I had to wait an another 15 minutes because they said they had to correct something. And to top it all off, they gave me my medicine in a bottle with handwritten information on it!!!!
