The staff is fantastic! They are compassionate and patient. My parent is not an easy person to care for, but she truly enjoys the staff here. My 4 stars is because the facility is dated and I wish they would/could update it.

I can’t say enough good things about Skyline Nursing & Rehab Center in Floyd, Virginia. They have been absolutely wonderful with my family and our loved one. The entire staff is kind, attentive, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is cared for with respect and compassion. They are great with families, always keeping us updated and making sure we feel included in every step of the care process. After caring for my mother who has mixed dementia for 7 years in our home we had to move her to a care facility due to our own health issues. Skyline was definitely the best choice. She is very happy there and being cared for better than we could at home. Staff is exceptionally well trained to help patients and it is obvious they go above and beyond to keep them clean and comfortable. The staff at skyline is absolutely incredible, it brings me so much joy to watch how the residents here are loved and cared for. The staff works really hard to provide top notch care for all the residents that come in this building and everything they do they do it with love and compassion.
