The young lady in the front office unfortunately, I got her and she acted like 16. She was probably early 20s Didn’t smile rude ,not very welcoming to a new patient…. The nurse was amazing. Her name is Cameron and the lady who drew my blood. Her name was Cassie and she actually drew my blood because i was the last appointment of the day … the person in Lab already went home so she actually did it for me 🩷I didn’t have to go all the way to Nashville from Portland Again the next day for blood draw …so I was very thankful … I ... read more
The office staff & doctor are very nice and thorough. Each of my visits have gone smoothly.
We were seen very quickly. The nurse was very friendly and efficient. Dr Acosta answered all of our questions after the examination and even called out patient rehab to make sure we received correct information.
Dr Bangalore deserves the 5 stars for putting up with me for almost 1 year. The office staff are mostly friendly except for Cassandra who comes off rude and uncaring. She has no business even talking to patients. If she is that busy and dislikes being disturbed then maybe she shouldn’t deal with the patients at all. I was referred to another Neurologist, by Dr Bangalore (can’t spell her name it begins with an N) that deals with migraines.I’ve dealt with them since my stroke. I feel so lucky that the ER doc referred us to Dr Bangalore and this office for neurology. The staff is so kind and helpful and Dr Bangalore is thorough and attentive. He took the time to fully explain each aspect of why he ordering certain meds, which tests would be best, and we had the testing scheduled in days. We left feeling confident that we are getting the correct care. 10/10
