Dr. Acosta is wonderful and very thorough. Girls in the office and the girls in the back are just as nice as can be.
Impossible to get an appointment even with my doctors referral. My neurologist passed away and they closed the office. So I've been trying to get into this office and they needed my records. I faxed them and at one point they stated they had them but now they don't. Complete waste of time. If this is how they handle the office I'm sure it's a blessing that I cant get in.
I have been 2 times and the doctor i saw told me nothing about what cause me to have a stroke
The overall experience was top notch. The front desk ladies were incredible. They were very professional and kind. They greeted me with a smile. The nurse that took all my vitals and notes was the exact same. She was very easy to talk with and had a wonderful personality. The doctor (Dr. Clinton) was great as well. She took time to listen, explain and ask about my personal life. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease when it was time to go. Overall great experience!
I had an appointment for Tuesday and the office called stating that my neurologist didnt want to see me that he advised for me to get Tylenol. I told Melissa that I wasn't coming in for migraines that I was coming in for new symptoms for epilepsy. The neuros there really wont listen to me either and I feel like they are brushing me off.
