Dr. Bangalore is a wonderful doctor. His staff is unprofessional. I have had an incorrect diagnosis on my chart. It's impossible to call the nurse and they don't respond to messages, either. I am very tired of the gaslighting and abuse.
My appt went great. Providers (Dr. Naginen and whoever was with her, sorry forgot his name) went over my MRI and paperwork. They listened to my concerns and asked questions. Last clinic I went to just wanted to get me to start Botox. They couldn't even view my MRI. The nurse who took my vitals was also very nice. Front desk staff were friendly and no problems with check in.
Everyone was friendly, yet professional. Dr Acosta was extremely thorough and spent a good amount of time examining me, while explaining everything.
