I gave them this rating due to there poor work ethics over the this past year they pick an choose when they put my pay check on my account when I know all of y'all get paid on time an don't have to. Wait for your pay checks my checks use to hit around 730 but the inconsistent behavior of yalls bank is honestly very infuriating get a grip 8:00 am is completely not good enough fix it my check needs to hit by 730 with out fail from now on no exceptions
According to the branch manager and the assistant branch manager, ADA does not apply to banks. The entire process was handled badly; it was escalated to the regional manager, who brushed it off and tried to make everything -my- fault when I was trying to work -with them-. Opened an OCC case, the Executive Vice President herself replied and didn't address any of the actual concerns, instead spinning a narrative where I was the one at fault. The tellers seemed amazing.
