Vincent is amazing. Nails are beautiful
I had a very concerning and unsafe experience with Vincent. When I politely asked him to fix my nails, he became aggressive, yelling, and even attempted to cut me with clippers. He refused to provide the owner’s contact information, giving only a name. The nails were also poorly done: the cuticle area looks like the powder is touching the skin, the nails feel thick near the base, and the shapes are uneven. After getting an eyebrow wax at this spa, my girlfriend’s eyes became badly swollen and painful. On Feb 17, 2026, I went with her to urgent care because the swelling and pain had not improved. The service was done the day before around noon. I saw how swollen her eyes were and how uncomfortable she was all day, which is why we ended up seeing a doctor.
