Clean room, friendly staff, great service. I will stay again the next time I go through Sault.
The review photos look NOTHING like the room we had. Stained sheets, random thrift store furniture - old office chair on one side of the room, damp smelly 1970s stained armchair on the other, no bedside tables; we thought the fridge was broken, but it was turned off and leaking. Our room was in a back alley that didn't feel safe at all. Unkept grassy area littered with garbage outside... we felt like we were in the hood. I stayed at the motel last week and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk, and I had to wait around 10 minutes before anyone showed up to assist me. The room I was given was not clean — it felt poorly maintained and definitely not up to standard. Due to the condition of the room, I requested a refund shortly after checking in.
