I wouldn't live here all the stuff on here about new management and there doing a good job is a lie . They won't let you work on your vechiles here . That's what they say to you but then if you work on your vechile they will fine you . Basically if your hood is up your getting fined for it. They gave my nephew 150 fine for working on his truck and then they moved out . And they tell me I'm not obeying the rules on the lease when on the lease it says no dismantling vechiles . I've been living here for almost a year and I love it here. Stephanie is a awesome park manager she will fix problems right away and always try to help where she can... you won't be disappointed living here or any of her other parks.

Great little community. I have seen so many improvements in the last few years after the new owners took over.
