Morning ******,I am little confused with this email, not sure why you are asking me if I am still in the market for a new vehicle??!******, you just recently sold me new/used 2024 Outlander SE vehicle with ***** miles that clearly has a FACTORY DEFECT! with the in cabin phone mic! Unethical business practices! I would give them zero stars if I could. I had money down on a truck and had approved financing through them. The financing approval was a rate that was a bit higher than expected so I asked them what we could do to get the rate down. They told me that they needed money down (which they never originally asked for). I was totally ok with this and knew that either lowering the term, or adding money down would lower the rate which is why I asked what I needed to do make that happen. I kept pushing ... read more

I purchashed a 2008 dodge ram 2500 on march 19, 2024. Scheduled my car for oil change and a full inspection and when I got there, they mentioned they couldn't do the inspection bc the person to do so was "out that day" and I had to schedule to come back two weeks later.During the oil change they called me to tell me they were 30 mins from being done...(I was in the waiting room) and 50 mins later, no news. I bought a car from here 3 months ago and have had to repair the battery, all 4 tires, tire axl and more. I now need a brand new engine and every single time Ive had something wrong with the car I immediately called them and they said that there was nothing they can do because I didnt purchase a warranty.
