Deceptive sales pitch from father and son team. Paving and masonry job is substandard, and is now falling apart in less than 2 yrs. Insist on being paid in cash at the end of the job. Suggested other additional work to be done , as they claim is necessary while they are doing the original job they were asked to do. They don't respond to callbacks and their contact number now is non existent.

Not sure where to start. Needed a new driveway and sidewalk, original was over 40 years old. Miles was very persistent and assured me that his company was the one for the job. He lowered the price he originally quoted when I told him I wasn't ready to make a final decision on provider yet and he came in at a price where everyone I checked with told me it was good so I decided to proceed.
