If you have boating needs or questions this is your one stop shop. They have reasonable prices and great service. Jeremy and the team are always ready.
I called them about a boat I saw on line. It had been sold but he said they just got an almost new one in. We drove to look at it and he never pressured us at all. He took plenty of time just sitting and answering our questions. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and respectful. We worked the deal and he even brough the boat to where we lived. A smooth and happy experience. I am very happy and satisfied.
They don’t have time for the common community man… they made that clear when I walked in. I understand being busy and that’s good, but when you’re trying to figure out a problem and just have a question, I was treated like the scum! Well my guys get paid 90$ an hour and don’t have time to just answer questions…. 👌🏻 The good thing is, they have business with or with out me and I will support online China before walking back in that place.

I recently purchased a brand new Pontoon from Jeremy and Wayne. I got a decent price and all of my questions answered. It was an exceptional experience in customer service, especially when I got a heads up on boat slip availability coming up. Living in Hickory, I would gladly travel to Moravian Falls again to deal with these guys.
