“Being impressed by skyline heating services would be an understatement” phoned them and within a hour they were there and found a leaking heat exchanger on our old boiler, from first phoning them to having a new boiler fitted was well under 24 hours,well done skyline your engineers are a credit to you.
I've just had a boiler repaired and wanted to extend a big thank you for being friendly, communicative and going out of your way to help. Thank you so much.
This company serviced our boiler and cross threaded a nut causing a water leak. Resulting in a complete floor to be taken up and renewed plus additional plumbing costs from a professional plumber who witnessed the damage caused. Skyline directors lied and denied all knowledge despite knowing they caused the leak and damage. Do not use this company. They cannot be trusted. So sad they had to lie. This case is now in the hands of the courts.
Absolute rogues! They have no idea what they are doing - can’t even get the basics of pipework sizes correct. This will result in the property never heating correctly. The work done did not meet Building Regulation standards of insulation and they failed to use the proper clips. Absolute appalling job that needed to be started from scratch. They will also pressurise you for money upfront - DO NOT do that. They later admit to not deploying your funds for materials on your job. Find someone reputable, please.
