Their customer service is terrible. I send email after email to the contacts we have there and receive no responses. I call and they apologize for not getting back to me, and still don’t respond to my emails asking for information. Perhaps there are others there I should contact to resolve but so far our company has had an awful experience coordinating with Skyline.
We have been working with Skyline for a while and not only do they stand behind great rooftop safety products, the customer service and organization in getting the product to us has been flawless. Highly recommend Skyline for their ability to create solutions to your complex rooftop safety situations.
