Great place. Love the Dr and nurses. They listen to the issue and are alot of help with what I have going on. They are also really great with my grandson.
I was very hesitant to become a patient; after seeing a few reviews and not getting an answer about medical professional being able to continue my former doctor's care. I am so glad I took the jump and I'm seeing Dr. Dawnya! She is so kind, attentive, professional and will take as long as you need - to go over your treatment plan AND let's you choose whatever options are available for you! Good luck getting a hold of anyone. Anytime you call it goes directly to voicemail, and you have to wait a few days to get a call back (if at all). Terrible customer service, you have to go in to fill out a new patient application since they won’t email you one, incompetent front desk staff, unacceptable wait time for prescriptions to be refilled, and no follow through with referrals. Don’t take new patients if you can’t properly serve them.
