I cold called David this Saturday morning with a problem found during home water and mold remediation work yesterday. After removal of carpet we found a large crack in the concrete slab. Even though I was unknown to David. He was most gracious and spent twenty minutes discussing my problem and suggesting solutions. I found him to be smart, practical and an extremely decent man. He is the kind of professional we all hope to deal with. I highly recommend him.
