I ordered lcd screen for my broken laptop. Skyline folks sent me incorrect part. I thought it might fit if i removed the hinges that came with the assembly of that incorrect part, however it did not fit. Called those folks and I was told to return the part. I promptly send them back. Now they are harrasing me that I sent back incorrect part back to them that does not match with the one that I ordered. Not sure what's going on, i'm planning to take them to consumer court. DON'T BUY ANYTHING from them.

The customer service sucks, I purchased an lcd screen that was the only option on their site for the laptop I selected so I purchased it. When I receive the screen, I noticed it was too small. The next day I tried to call and had to leave a message because no one answered the phone. Then when someone finally called me back, I told them I wanted to return the Item because it was the wrong one. Defective Motherboard - No response after two weeks – I bought online an Acer motherboard from Skyline Engineering on February 2012. However, the new motherboard didn't detect my laptop's battery. When I reported this I received the following message from Scott Mathison: "We have not had that problem with these boards. The board was fully tested and working before we shipped it.
