Dana's a douchebag with Napoleon syndrome. Do not recommend.
Called this company to deal with problems in my condo. The tech that showed up had absolute no clue what he was talking about. He just opened the switches and tightened the bolts, which obviously didn't solved the problem. Also ended up with a bill for 2 hour labor that the guy took literally 20 minutes to "try to fix". I understand the transit time to get there but anyways, also about a 'minimum' fare, but 2 hours that's just insane.
Worst company I have ever been associated with. Not sure how they keep their doors open. Their wage is probably the lowest in the city. Not sure how they employ individuals and demand so much for so little compensation. Also they still live in the stone ages and hand out actual cheques.
