The manafacturer and dealership only argues who is responsible for fixing what on warranties so a huge time delay on fixing. So the house rots down in the process. They both do not care. A dealership does not install cardboard baffles,exhaust fans, defective smoke alarms,lack of insulation. Not Entergy efficient!!! Skyline will not respond back to us and will not prove our house was inspected at the company as per protocol.Expect to spend thousands extra to fix your house.
I am a Realtor and helped my clients buy a Skyline home through dealer Premier Community Homes. (Skyline doesn't sell direct to the public, only to dealers.) My clients' home in Arapahoe County, Colorado was perfect. The dealer and Skyline have been working together for a long time, so they have good communication and that is the key to getting all the customizations right.

Doesn't honor warranty work in a timely manner. It took 8 months before work was completed. And forget about Energy Star Ratings. The Arkansas City Kansas Facility hasn't filed Any Paperwork in over 3 years. The last technician here said they were a year behind in warranty repair. If I could give negative stars, Skyline Homes of Arkansas City Kansas would get -5 stars.
