If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Damaged our garments and berated us for expecting them to take responsibility. The owner/manager is an absolute psycho. Never returning.

We just moved to the area and looked for a reputable dry cleaner. On our first visit I dropped off a shirt, pants and a sweater. I really did not think to specify that I wanted these things to be dry cleaned. 5 days later when I picked up the "dry cleaning" I was surprised to find that the cotton sweater was half the size it was when I dropped it off. I have been going to Skyline for many years with all of my dry cleaning. They provide the best service in town, with top-notch dry cleaning. I highly recommend!

Very basic, very expensive Charlottesville has notoriously high dry cleaning prices and Skyline Cleaners perpetuates that image. Laundry prices are typically over $2 and dry cleaning can be upwards of $5. However, the folks there do a great job, and are honest about which stains can and can not be removed. The location is a bit inconvenient as the Barrack's Road area is so congested with traffic, but their performance usually justifies the inconvenience.
