Was promptly seated when I arrived. Sat for 15 minutes while the waitress doddered about the other sparsely occupied tables. Never even acknowledged my existence...completely invisible. Got up and left...pretty sure they didn't notice that either 😄.
Excellent customer supervise 1st time there and good was great
First time trying Cincinnati Chili and I was pleasantly surprised: I loved it! Great flavor. I got the 5 way which is an addition of onions and beans. The service was nice and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience start to finish. Will return.
Took about 35 minutes for someone to come take our order, and probably another 30 before we even got our food. Server forgot our drinks, messed up my order, and the cook ended up bringing us our food because the server wasn't actually doing anything. She would take someone's order, put it through to the kitchen, then go disappear in the back and do nothing while we all waited for her to take the rest of our orders.
