I love Skyline Chili. This is a special chain, and I'm so glad it's nearby. I have been making my own Cinncinatti Chili for years while I was living in the mountain west. And now that I'm back close to a place that sells it without hours of effort. I'm all in. I go to Skyline for lunch. I go for dinner. I go alone. I take my wife and kid. I go to Skyline so often my family and friends are concerned. This is because I can eat Cincinnati Chili every day for every meal forever and not get tired of it. Is this an addiction? Loved this food since I was a kid. Taste just I remember 🤤 great food and amazing staff
As with anything food related, it comes down to personal taste. For me, Skyline chili just doesn't taste right. Maybe it's the nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves they put in the chili, but it's not what I'm used to. It was edible, but that's about all I can say about it. I also got a side of black beans and rice, and that tasted even more odd. Everything was cooked correctly though and the service was great.
