Food was good and quick and our waitress Alli was Awesome!!
The manager came right to us, very friendly and helpful. Since we had never been to Skyline Chili before, she offered a small sample and we were able to taste first. Wow! We both loved it and ordered our respective servings. Yum. Since currently living in Texas, we don't have access to Skyline until we travel again. But this young lady sold us on the whole franchise. 👍🏼
I ended up in the hospital with an official diagnosis of food poisoning after eating lunch here. The staff working the line was completely unengaged and clearly lack proper training on food safety, cross-contamination, and temperature control for cold toppings like cheese and onions. Serving unsafe food is unacceptable. Now I have to pay a hospital bill when o should've NEVER EATEN HERE.
