The 1-Star is to get management's attention. You have a great staff and a good, consistent product. But if someone's life depended upon it, you couldn't get an order out that drive through window without forgetting something. This last time was onions, for a 5-way. And the team members always ask if we want crackers or hot sauce but it's a roll of the dice if those items ever make it into the bag. Those were missed as well. Very nice and clean. Waitress was an excellent woman. She had multiple tables ( more than 6) and kept up with all of us with no problems. And she actually likes her job.
Came in around 530 pm or so on the 11th of July fordinner with my son. We ordered around 535 my son got his food 2 cheese coneys and fries my burrito didn't come he said it taking more time to make meanwhile the people that came in after us got their food , finally my food came around 610 . Burrito didn't look good lite on chili and cheese , fries were over cooked. I've never had issues at this location not sure what the deal was but not cool
Went to get takeout for lunch. Extremely dry 4 way....hardly any chili and all spaghetti. Same on cheese coneys no chili very dry no onions as requested no mustard......retrain folks on how to make 4 ways not impressed with the food. Cold chilitos not melted. Will not be back.
