Came in to pick up a door dash order and none of the 4 people working behind the counter have greeted me. I’ve been standing here for 5 minutes. I understand being busy but they could at least acknowledge and say I’ll be with you shortly.
First time at this location. My wife picked it up on way home. The hot dogs were rubber and there was what can only be described as a small drop of chili on each coney, and my 4 way lacked Chili as well as being way smaller than the Fields Ertle location. Needless to say we will keep our business at that location. Very disappointing Sunday Dinner.
Stopped in after seeing a sign for their new chicken chili. Ordered it 4-way with onions, the flavor of the chicken chili isn't the same as their original, but this isn't a bad thing. It brings a milder taste and doesn't have the soupy consistency and somewhat oily presence that sits heavily on the stomach. Still love the original, as well, but different doesn't mean bad and this is a great example of that.
Super friendly staff. Excellent service. Bottomless beverages. Hometown Cincy chili. Faster than fast food. Good prices. Seasonal cheesecake.
