I hadn't had Skyline chili in years. I like the unconventional taste of Skyline chili, so I decided two weeks ago to get some from the Richmond Road location here in Lexington Kentucky. I ordered a large three-way, Spaghetti, chili, and cheese. Man, was it delicious! Skyline used to be on the watery side for decades. We love Skyline! The service was friendly and helpful with our order. Restaurant is beautiful, clean and comfortable. My family returned daily while in training for lunch. 3 way spagetti dinner is our favorite. The unique Greek flavors, fresh cheese and quick service are all reasons we keep coming back.
