Tried to grab lunch at like 11:30 today, had to borrow the restroom key to access the bathroom, bathroom was in bad shape, dealt with that and put the key back and noticed the front was dirty, ignored that, went to sit down and cheese was stuck to the menu placard, and with only 1 server for the 8-10 people in the lobby, I gave up, hopefully not the norm but not a good experience today.
I frequently go to this Skyline and while I have nothing negative to say about any of the employees, there's one young man who stands out to me (Kevin). I don't believe Kevin has been there that long, but he stood out to me for the first time quite some time ago. He was very professional and had such a pleasant way about him.
