I have lived at ascent for almost a year and I love it here! Management takes resident concerns seriously and have always been quick to respond. Maintenance has always had my requests completed the day I submit them. The complex was built in the 60’s so the ceilings/floors are creaky, if you are sensitive to noise or works nights make sure to get a 2nd story unit. I personally find the units and grounds to be charming and cozy.
they pay new residents to leave a good review on move in. notice how they all mention moving etc. sami (or samy) was so sweet. then they had an older lady aggressively harass us. they only want you to move in to get your money then they do a start to quit. my neighbor had the same exact thing happen on the same timeline. i paid 5k to live here two months. Don’t waste your time by being scammed.
A great place to live and the staff are awesome! Location can’t be beat, quiet neighborhood with incredible views around.
This place is racist! Sammy and Sara in the office treat people of color as less than and do everything possible to get you to not rent here. Treated me and my family as if we were an inconvenience for just taking a tour. Was told multiple times “this place just might not be right for you” during the tour for absolutely no reason. Did not smile, upsell, or even attempt to make us want to live here it seemed. Showed us basically nothing but the indoor pool. Samy was really helpful and kind to us when we had a bit of problem moving in. The complex is clean and safe. Highly recommend
