We have lived here for six years. Quiet area. The current staff is responsive and ready to help with any issues that arise. The maintenance staff are friendly and professional. We love the area.

I have lived at ascent for almost a year and I love it here! Management takes resident concerns seriously and have always been quick to respond. Maintenance has always had my requests completed the day I submit them. The complex was built in the 60’s so the ceilings/floors are creaky, if you are sensitive to noise or works nights make sure to get a 2nd story unit. I personally find the units and grounds to be charming and cozy.
