Currently living abroad, I plan to stay in Reno for one year as a visiting scholar. Before entering the U.S., I decided to look for a place to live in Reno. As a foreigner, I was worried about finding a place to live there, but I was able to finish the contract without any difficulties due to the warm consideration of the employees. I would like to express my gratitude for sincerely responding to numerous inquiries through e-mails and for completing the contract.
I’ve lived here for 2 years (going on 3) and this is my favorite place in Reno I have lived. I have a wonderful view of the canyon and downtown Reno from my front door. We have a heated indoor pool and a wonderful club house with a gym, pool table, and two other outdoor pools. The maintenance men are incredibly helpful and dedicated to helping me with repairing my home. Every time I have an issue or something that needs to be fixed they are on it immediately. Pros: The property is clean, the views are outstanding, the units are cute and quaint, the staff is cheerful, the clubhouse is nice. The thing I love the most though is that the property is not a huge complex with a ton of people; it's a small community, and the residents are friendly. Cons: The parking situation can be frustrating if you have more than one vehicle.
We have s beautiful view of the valley. The staff is very attentive. We love it here.
