I have lived at Ascent on Steamboat for almost a year and I am going to renew my lease for another year because I enjoy it so much. The property is beautiful and surrounded by lots of trees and trails. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The Maintenance crew is wonderful. Anything they can fix they do promptly and efficiently. The only thing I can suggest is a couple more dog bag/trash receptacles around the property to ensure easier clean up's after the pups.
The location is great and the park next door is fantastic. The maintenance team is amazing and very helpful. The worst part of this complex is the rude women in the office and the inability to use the community areas unless the office is open. I would not consider them pet friendly with how many issues they have given me with my service animal. Better to live somewhere else and drive here for the park!
Ascent has been such a great community for my pets and I! They are so close to two great parks that are very pet safe. We are also right next to a fire station, which is an huge plus! Everyone is very friendly and there is a great sense of community. It is very quiet and calm. The community is safe, we are near a wonderful hiking trail and we are surrounded by lots of walking trails!
Overall I love this apartment. It’s safe, quiet and there’s a lot of walking path. People clean up after their pets and are overall respectful. They take care of the grounds and the amenities are nice. The gym could use some more equipment. My only complaint is they redid the shower before we moved in and they did a really poor job, the walls and floor in the shower are peeling.
