Had a great touring experience—staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very welcoming. Definitely looking forward to living here!
The lease lady is amazing!! Her services are great, and she made a real effort to make sure we got what we wanted. The views look great, the prices are good, and it has a general good vibe to the whole place

I have lived at Ascent on Steamboat for almost a year and I am going to renew my lease for another year because I enjoy it so much. The property is beautiful and surrounded by lots of trees and trails. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The Maintenance crew is wonderful. Anything they can fix they do promptly and efficiently. The only thing I can suggest is a couple more dog bag/trash receptacles around the property to ensure easier clean up's after the pups.
