Pros: The property is clean, the views are outstanding, the units are cute and quaint, the staff is cheerful, the clubhouse is nice. The thing I love the most though is that the property is not a huge complex with a ton of people; it's a small community, and the residents are friendly. Cons: The parking situation can be frustrating if you have more than one vehicle.
We have s beautiful view of the valley. The staff is very attentive. We love it here.
Everyone at the front desk and maintenance department have been great to work with while living here. The apartments themselves are cozy and comfortable as well. Highly recommended!
From the leasing office to the maintenance staff, the service is quick, friendly, and professional. The property is quiet and the views are breathtaking. My apartment has now become my sanctuary to relax and recover from the work day. More parking and more education/opportunities for recycling would be the only areas for improvement. I love the property 🫶🏽
I’ve lived here for 6 months now and it’s been a great experience. It’s a really nice complex and it’s well maintained. We have had to have some maintenance done in our apartment and the people at the office have been very friendly and helpful, as well as the maintenance people. I highly recommend this complex.
