I had Car AC issues in my Honda CRV..Tim explained possible causes and the steps he and his Team would perform to diagnose and correct the problem. Dropped off Car...soon after followed up and explained the Diagnosis and gave me a fair estimate of when it would be be fixed. The Car AC system was fixed much earlier and they also made sure all the intake vents were sanitized and cleaned.
