Very warm and helpful plus effective
Tried to overcharge me for an inspection. Also tried to push an oil change on me after I told them the dealer does it for free. After explaining that I told them I don't need any extra services just the car inspected because I do all my own work then they got angry and rude with me and told me to pick the car up since I can do everything myself
