Absolutely terrible, I walk in and no one is there to help, I waited about 10 mins, for a guy to come in with his lunch, ha asked what I needed and after explaining that my vehicle said it needed service, he said there was nothing they could do, apparently because my car was a newer model, (2018) he mentioned I should take it to the dealership, then when I mentioned I already did and they couldn't schedule me in for multiple days, he repeated with, well I guess they can't see you for multiple days.
