I’ve lived here for a year now and I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt but they just keep disappointing. I deleted my previous review cause they did start doing some things but the good doesn’t outweigh the negatives. Bedroom window still has not been replaced, dishwasher still hasn’t been replaced, stove keeps not working, they keep turning the water off with no notice. Homeless people everywhere. Terrible customer service, three months ago I applied and they did not accept me and I am still waiting for the check of my application for these 3 months and it has arrived, then I call and they do not solve anything, they only tell me to give them the address and that the check will arrive in about 15 days, after the time limit is 4 weeks, after 5 and they ask me again for the address, it is frustrating.
