This place is a lie!! My toilets move, ive called multiple times about heat and cooling. No answer 1 response and the left my area a mess! It takes days if not weeks for an answer. They try to push you out if you complain! Ive had multiple next-door neighbors that complain non stop. Idk. Its just as expensive here as anywhere else and I do the even have a washer and dryer
Service was great I'm no so good in filing applications on line specifically on a smart phone but the staff helped me and guided me through very patiently very thankful
Receptionist and manager are rude and don’t explain things right the first time and accurately so when you ask questions again they get frustrated and cut you off multiple times. They don’t communicate between each other so they never know what going on with your situation or concern. On lady one day, another lady the next, none have an idea what’s going on. The lady in the office named Christina was very helpful but there was another lady by the name of Rosemary and she is very stuck up and rude she don’t know how to talk to someone politely she should be doing a better job on how she talks to people especially if she can speak to a potential new tenant with kindness she can do the same for everyone else
Where to even start on how terrible the upkeep is here. Even if they fix something it can take years to get it done. When they fix things most often it's too cover up what's wrong as quickly as possible without to much concern about it being done right. Don't count on your unit looking like their model. Don't sign anything until you see the unit they are putting you in. They will charge you for parking with no gaurentee there will be a spot near your unit.
