This week has seen multiple bad experiences from this office..... First they double charged me for hospitalization, then gave me an empty pill bottle. Now I am sitting in their parking lot with a critical husky because they said if she got worse to call and bring her in. They are closed for construction.... I cannot say enough good things about Skyline Animal Clinic. I had to make the very difficult decision 2 days ago to put my sweet baby “Biscuit” down so she would no longer suffer & they made the very uncomfortable process as comfortable as possible. They were nothing but kind, empathetic, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. We were referred here to Dr. Elkin for a luxating patella surgery for our dog. I have been so happy with their treatment! Dr. Elkin is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helped me make the right decisions for surgery. The staff at Skyline are very helpful and their appointment scheduling and reminder system is great. Very happy we brought Johnny here!
I was very pleased with the care that the doctor and staff gave to Lenny. He’s doing a lot better.Thank everyone.
