My wife and I have been coming to skylight optical for multiple years. They are very professional, courteous, their selection is excellent and they have a broad range of options for a range of budgets. Thank you very much to the entire staff for their high level of service and integrity. I recommend skylight to any and everyone looking for a provider of prescription and non prescription glasses/sunglasses.
Serious and honest customer care could be good business. I would sum up what a Skylight staff did as helping me make the right decisions. The last pair of eyeglasses I purchased from a store in Coquitlam had two problems. The sight through the lens was curved. They tried but failed to correct the problem. Went in for an eye exam with Dr.Christine and she was amazing. Super sweet and knowledgeable. Then I went out to shop for some shades and was helped by Jenny, she respected my budget and showed me amazing options. Such a great experience to visit this store, very recommended!
I'm a returning customer, having previously purchased Tom Ford sunglasses. This time, I picked up a pair of Burberry sunglasses from the Vancouver store and want to sincerely thank Jenny for her friendly and attentive service. She offered me a great deal and took care of everything smoothly. She even tightened my old sunglasses, making them look as good as new!
