I really appreciated that they fixed my Cartier sunglasses for free considering I did not buy them from their store. They were helpful and attentive, I wish I could’ve tipped! Thank you and I will definitely return to buy sunglasses!

I had a frustrating experience here. Inconsistency feels unfair and makes it hard to trust the pricing. There was a strong push to run designer sunglasses through insurance benefits. I’ll be looking into this further and raising my concerns with the appropriate authorities. I would recommend others double check pricing and confirm everything with their insurance provider before making a purchase.
The rudest, most condescending, and judgmental service. They'll treat some in an amazing way and others in a really horrible way based on what you look like. They also assume what you can and cannot afford based on that. Avoid this place.
