I must say that this company has changed. I called along time ago and received a preapproval before I gave any paperwork. Now I send in all the information and because the officer wants to set her own terms as to what a bank would accept, I get no preapproval and wasted my time. I cannot believe this I gave recommendations for this particular loan officer and told people to call her and this company for all of their mortgage needs. And this is what I get in return.
