Skyler was great to work with! He gave us a great market analysis to get the pricing of our house right and we both agreed with him. He had great insight and good advise in every situation, especially when we found out about multiple contingencies on the buyers’ end that they did not originally disclose. Thankfully things worked out at the end and I’m grateful we had Skyler to navigate us through the process. Thank you for all the hard work!

I can't say enough great things about having Skyler as a realtor. Skyler will never push you into a home that you don't want just to get the deal done and he's extremely honest if he feels something is not a good deal. We looked at houses for years and Skyler was patient along the way, when we found our home, he did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. Skyler was great to work with! He's not only knowledgeable about the market and the paperwork involved in buying and selling, but also about home improvements. It was helpful when viewing a promising home that he could give ballpark estimates of what would be involved in fixing up / replacing something that wasn't quite as desired. He was also quick to reply and quick to schedule viewings. Highly recommended!
Skyler did an amazing job helping my Fiance and I through buying our first home.
