Kastro was excellent during the initial phase of the project. He stayed on top of the building's requirements, handled the paperwork efficiently, and communicated well throughout the planning process. Unfortunately, once construction began, our experience became disappointing. Kastro was on-site on the second day to meet with the superintendent at our request, but after that, he only appeared when we repeatedly asked for weekly walkthroughs. Skyler renovated the kitchen in our Prospect Lefferts co-op and we couldn't be happier with the result! Tim & his team were fantastic partners throughout the process. When working in a 100+ year old building, there were multiple times that we ran into unexpected hurdles but the Skyler team helped us navigate them creatively. The entire team's attention to detail and commitment to our satisfaction was more than we ever could have hoped for. We'll certainly be using Skyler again for future renovations!
